Sir.-I would like to thank two guys, Alan and Steve, for their assistance when I was knocked off my bike by a car on October 3, and my wife Marie and daughter Sam for their TLC afterwards. It was all very much appreciated.
A word of advice to all cyclists – Don’t go on your bike without your helmet!
I suffered cuts and bruises, a damaged bike and a smashed helmet. The bang on the head could have been much worse without head protection.
