Thanks for help to find missing son

Sir.– I lost my son in the town centre Sainsbury’s and a lady (another shopper) came up to me asking whether I was ok. I told her that I had lost my son and immediately she put down her shopping told the staff and went off outside in case that is where he had gone and, as it happens, that’s exactly where he was.

I have no idea what her name is but I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart. She is a wonderful lady and I hope she sees this.
