Sir.–All too often we read letters of complaint but we wanted to write a letter of thanks/praise.
Our son recently married at The Apollo Hotel in Basing-stoke and we would just like to thank Michael and all the staff for helping to make the day so special. Everything was just perfect – the rooms, staff, food, presentation etc. Every member of staff worked extremely hard and were friendly and courteous.
Michael has been there for our son and his fiancee over many months, making sure they got everything they wished for! The Apollo made the day absolutely perfect, a day no one will forget.
We will just have very many happy memories to cherish and we can’t thank them enough.
