CHILDREN'S favourite The Tweenies are coming to Basingstoke for three days next month – and two lucky families will have the chance to meet them after the show.

Tweenies Live! Top of the Tots is coming to The Anvil between April 7 and 9 for four performances.

Ten years after bursting on to the scene, The Tweenies are still the ultimate number one and Basingstoke families should not miss the chart-topping stars, who are some of the most popular characters on children’s TV, during their Easter holiday visit.

With a platinum-selling single under their belts, the fab four are entertaining youngsters once again in their spectacular new show, which is packed full of family favourites such as Gonna Build a House, Incy Wincy Spider, Wheels on the Bus and Do the Lollipop.

But Milo, Jake, Bella, Fizz and Doodles aren’t the only stars of the show – they want families to get involved in all the fun by singing, dancing and joining in with all the actions.

Tweenies Live! is produced by BBC Worldwide, the established producer of quality children’s entertainment, with a trusted reputation for innovative live stage productions.

Tickets – priced at £16.50 for adults and £14.50 for under 16s and family tickets at £58 – can be booked at the Anvil Arts box office, on 01256 844244, or at anvilarts.org.uk.

Two family tickets - for two children and two adults - are up for grabs for the performance on April 8. The lucky winners will also get to meet the stars after the show.
