LODDON Players are putting the final touches to their autumn production, Play On! by Rick Abbott.
This is a humorous play about a play. The local theatre group, let’s call them the Noddol Players, are in production for a murder mystery written by a local author who keeps changing the plot and the script.
The director can’t hold rehearsals together, lines have not been learnt, the set isn’t finished and people are missing pages of their scripts.
We follow the group through a rehearsal, the dress rehearsal and opening night – all with hilarious consequences.
Performances will take place in Sherfield Village Hall on November 27, 28 and 29 at 7.30pm.
Doors open at 7pm.
