Line-up of local talent to perform at the Camrose

ACADEMY Artists and Wicked Boy Promotions, in association with Gigahitz.com, present a stunning line up of local talent in The Camrose social club next week.

This gig marks Wicked Boy Promotions’ first foray into Basingstoke’s music scene so they have chosen some old favourites.

The line-up on the night includes Mitchell Goes Bananas, The Clarity, Gold Rush, Mary Kelly and Metanoia. Each group’s set will range from 30 to 45 minutes during the course of the evening.

The purpose of the event is to give local bands the opportunity of performing live, and also to showcase their talent to Academy Artists. If the night is a success, the organisers hope to plan future events on a monthly, if not fortnightly, duration.

The role of Gigahitz.com is to exhibit a platform by which developing artists can forge a positive direction in the music industry.

The event will take place on Friday, January 27 at 7.30pm. Doors open at 7pm. Only those aged 14 and over will be admitted.
