AFTER a memorable sold out show last year, Central Studio are pleased to welcome back Funkline next month.

Funkline boast some of the finest musicians in the UK, between them having over 10 years experience working as professional music teachers, composers, session musicians and live performers.

The line-up includes James (guitar), Tom (keyboard/ saxophone), Dickie (drums), Simon (bass) and lead singer Luke, and they'll perform a jam packed collection of feelgood well-known dance floor classics from the last four decades.

Simon is an an ex-student and valued music teacher at Queen Mary’s College.

See him and the gang on Saturday, June 8 at 8pm. In addition to the fabulous Funkline Five, the evening will start with a support performance from QMC’s very own student band Jarvis and the Ministry.

Central Studio's director, Steph Monger said: “Once again, Funkline wowed our varied crowd with a performance full of perfectly suited funk music.

“They kept the dance floor full throughout the night and people haven’t stopped telling me how great they were. It’s a pleasure to have them back at Central Studio.”

Tickets: £10 full, £8.50 concessions if booked in advance. If purchased on the door, tickets cost £12 full, £9 concessions.
