FOLLOWING the phenomenal success of his last biking adventure from Sydney to Tokyo, intrepid actor, adventurer and author Charley Boorman is taking a break from trekking around the world to stop off at The Anvil with a brand new live show.
Boorman (pictured) is the epitome of the modern adventurer in pursuit of spontaneous challenges and his two-wheeled exploits have been followed by fans across the world. He is bringing The Charley Boorman Show to Basingstoke on March 25.
The star of The Long Way Round, The Long Way Down, Race To Dakar and By Any Means hosts an evening of stories, anecdotes and tales from his worldwide escapades. This is accompanied by some never-before-seen video footage from his trips.
Added to this is special guest Simon Pavey, the BMW Dakar Legend, who will also be on stage discussing his own amazing life together with his experiences in Boorman’s TV shows.
The show is pulled together by Billy Biketruck, the evening’s host, who will be interviewing Boorman and Pavey and getting to the nitty gritty. Be shocked at the questions – and be doubly shocked at some of the answers! The show is suitable for ages 16 and over – under-16s will not be admitted.
