A BRAND new live show of the YouTube sensation Little Baby Bum makes its world premiere in Basingstoke.

Combining puppetry, live action and animation, Little Baby Bum Live comes to The Haymarket on Friday 22 and Saturday, 23 June. Step into the magical and colourful world of Mia, Jacus, Twinkle and their Nursery Rhyme friends on their latest adventure.

The online and digital TV sensation Little Baby Bum is the world’s largest educational YouTube channel with over 15 million subscribers and 16 billion views.

Its debut YouTube video Twinkle Twinkle Little Star was uploaded on August 29, 2011. Since then the channel has gone on to become the world’s largest educational channel on YouTube, winning several awards along the way, and holds the Guinness World record for the most-watched educational video of all time. Little Baby Bum can now be viewed across a variety of platforms including YouTube and Netflix.

Over the weekend of June 30 and July 1, The Anvil will be filled with music from very talented young local musicians.

On Saturday, the Hampshire Wind Band Festival, hosted by the Hampshire County Youth Wind Ensemble,sees the county group joined by the finest wind bands from across Hampshire. Be surprised, delighted and enthralled by the diversity and beauty of the repertoire available for wind, brass and percussion instruments.

Then on Sunday, the Hampshire County Youth Orchestra performs a varied programme suitable for the whole family to enjoy. Youthful exuberance matched with strong commitment and a real desire to perform will make for a memorable and unforgettable afternoon. They will be joined on this occasion by the Hampshire Jazz Centre and singers from local schools for the Hampshire premier of a specially commissioned work: My World.

On Friday, 6 July, you’re invited to the biggest party of the year as the unstoppable Magic of Motown steams into The Anvil. Enjoy 40 back-to-back Motown hits presented by a troupe of great singers and dancers, glittering costumes, dazzling dance moves and outstanding musicianship in this explosive concert experience.

Celebrate the sound of a generation with the timeless music of Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, Jackson 5, Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson and many more.
