JENNY Woolf, the author of The Mystery of Lewis Carroll, is to visit Basingstoke Discovery Centre to discuss the famous author.
She will be in the Festival Place library on Thursday, September 24 to give a presentation on Lewis Carroll and the Supernatural.
This is the first in a series of talks that will celebrate 150 years since the publication of this classic children’s book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
In her presentation, Jenny will explore the battle that raged in his mind between religion, logic and the world of the unreal, as well as looking ahead to other events planned at the Discovery Centre later in the year.
The talk starts at 2pm.
Tickets costing £3 can be purchased in advance from Basingstoke Discovery Centre by calling 01256 478670.
