THE next Friends of the Willis Museum talk takes place in the Top of Town venue on Thursday, February 19.
Archaeologist Alex Godden (pictured) will use local examples to explain how people have interpreted natural and artificial landscape features as the work of giants, fairies and mythological creatures or as places where treasure lies buried.
This will be at the Willis Museum on Thursday, February 19 at 7.30pm.
Admission is free for members and £2 for visitors.
Because of space restrictions, visitors must pre-book at the museum by calling 01256 465902 at least two days in advance.
