BILLY Smart’s Circus returns to Basingstoke next month.

This circus is a household name with a reputation built on performance quality and Big Top magic.

The UK tour is brimming with a dazzling combination of theatre, music and dance and the international artistes bring you a sensational mix of acrobatics, comedy, juggling, illusion and aerial feats.

There are no animals and quality and innovation are at the top of the agenda for this sensational company of performers, who include a gravity-defying flying trapeze troupe.

Have you ever wanted to perform in the circus? Then now is your chance!

Billy Smart's Circus will give one lucky act the chance as they proudly present Big Top's Got Talent in Basingstoke throughout their run.

Full details are online at bigtoptalent.co.uk where you can fill out an application form and enter for free until the closing date of August 31.

Provide your name and type of act along with brief description and contact details. Feel free to copy and paste any YouTube links into the message box.

Successful acts will be asked to come along and audition live in front of the judges on either Tuesday, September 2 or Wednesday, September 3 in the circus ring.

Auditions must last no more than five or six minutes. The winning act will be announced via the official Facebook page on Thursday, September 4 and they will perform their act during the 7.30pm show on Friday, September 5.

All acts invited to audition live will receive two free tickets to any performance as a gift.
