THERE are still over 30 events set to take place over the remaining 12 days of the Hampshire Food Festival.

These include the Summer Fayre on The Watercress Line on Saturday, July 25 and Sunday 26, 9.30am-5pm. Learn about the historic Watercress Line including how it was used to transport watercress from Hampshire to London. Local food and craft stalls will be positioned at Ropley Station. Tuck into a locally sourced vegetarian supper at Sunnyfields in Totton on Thursday, July 30 at 7pm, £30.

The festival will come to a close with two large events. 

The New Forest and Hampshire County Show takes plave on July 28, 29 and 30 at New Park in Brockenhurst. Tickets can be bought in advance at newforestshow.co.uk.

In Basingstoke on Sunday, August 2, Taste at the Top of Town will feature a food theatre with demonstrations from chefs including Jean Christophe Novelli and winner of Great British Menu, James Durrant from 10am - find out more at topofthetown.org.
