TOP chef Jason Atherton is to be a guest of the Watermill Theatre’s Book Club next month.
Jason, who is familiar to many thanks to his TV appearances on Saturday Kitchen, Market Kitchen and Great British Menu, has won a string of awards for his cooking.
He has worked alongside several great chefs including Pierre Koffmann, Nico Ladenis, and Marco Pierre White.
Two of his restaurants have been awarded Michelin Stars including, within just six months of opening, his flagship restaurant in London, Pollen Street Social.
Jason’s success is not confined to the UK; he has restaurants in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and Dubai Social opens this year.
Social Suppers, Jason’s new book, has 120 recipes for suppers to be made at home.
