LOCAL children are invited to enter Giraffe’s nationwide art competition.
Helping to get those creative juices flowing, children dining at Giraffe until August 23 can customise their very own ‘beach scene’ placemat for a chance to win dinner for a year at Giraffe.
Available at Giraffe in Festival Place, Basingstoke, the brightly coloured placemat simply asks kids to depict a day of summer fun with Giraffe mascot Giddy – the rest is up to them.
Entries can be submitted via your waiter or waitress or, for budding Monet’s who prefer to create their masterpieces at home, placemats can be taken away then scanned and emailed to competitions@giraffe.net.
Launching just a week later for one month only is the ‘kids eat free’ meal deal.
Starting on Monday July 29, children can enjoy a complimentary mini main and soft drink from the kids meal deal menu with every paying adult.
