CONGRATULATIONS to local writers Tina and Mike, who are 2012 National Novel Writing winners and completed this year’s NaNoWriMo.
If you’ve been inspired, then why not join Just Write at Basingstoke Discovery Centre? Led by Jess Hanslip, the sessions enable budding scribes to progress with their writing in free Monday sessions every fortnight.
Jess said: “Our next session will be December 10 from 2-4pm and then continue from January 7. I intend to direct our focus towards the structure and technical craft of our work, rather than the content. However, these themes will not be enforced; they are meant as guidelines only. We will discuss themes and craft as we go. Read a little, write a little, talk a little!”
