ROMAN’S final auction of 2014 is set to take place on Tuesday December 9, at Blue Mountain Conference Centre, in Bracknell.

On offer is a selection of residential property, commercial lots, houses with great buy-to-let potential and building plots with planning permission, located across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and north Hampshire.

Among the properties up for auction, starting at 1.30pm, is a modern detached house in Lychpit With a guide price of £199,000 this house on Beddington Court has an estimated rental value of £900 pcm, and only requires minor modernisation.

Also on offer is a commercial property, at Anchor Court, on London Street in Basingstoke’s Top of The Town, which has a guide price of £380,000.

It includes planning permission for a one bedroom apartment, a two bedroom apartment and a studio, as well as additional commercial space on the ground floor.

Other properties up for auction are in Eversely, Caversham, Reading, Windsor and Wraysbury.

This is not only the last auction of the year, but also the last one taking place at Blue Mountain Conference Centre in Bracknell, as Romans Auctions is moving to Green Park Conference Centre in central Reading for 2015.

Romans say the modern venue is bigger and better for its customers and located in the commercial centre of the Thames Valley.
