ONLY a few homes are left for sale on the development by housebuilder Charles Church at Limes Park in the grounds of the old Park Prewett hospital.
One of the homes still available at the development on the outskirts of Basingstoke is the three-storey detached Whaddon – a four-bedroomed style that is priced at £299,950.
The ground floor offers a kitchen leading through to a breakfast room. The living room, which has a bay window, is on the first floor.
The house has a separate dining room and a study and it has bathrooms on the first and second floors, as well as an en suite to the master bedroom. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, where there is also an integral garage.
Charles Church is offering £1,000-worth of Marks and Spencer vouchers to buyers reserving in October and exchanging contracts within 28 days.
Prospective purchasers will need to get moving as there are only two Whaddon homes available for sale.
