FAST-MOVING house-hunters can snap up their favourite designs at George Wimpey West London's newest development in Hampshire.

The developer is building a range of two, three, four and five-bedroomed properties in Bramley Green, aimed at first-time buyers and families.

Two-bedroomed homes at the site in Bramley village have prices starting from £205,000, three-bedroomed homes are from £265,000, and the four and five-bedroomed styles are from £299,500.

For couples and families, the "Fern" offers four-bedroomed accommodation. Three of the bedrooms have en suites and there is also a family bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a living room, with French doors to the garden, a separate dining room, a kitchen-breakfast room, study and cloakroom.

The five-bedroomed "Mahogany" is a double-fronted design and its master bedroom features a dressing room and en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms, and a bathroom, are set into the eaves space.

Like all the new homes at Bramley Green, the specification of the Fern and Mahogany includes gas central heating, double-glazing and a fitted kitchen with a built-in oven, hob and hood.

House-hunters interested in making their move to the development can take advantage of incentives for first-time buyers and the George Wimpey "Easymover" scheme.

Through the scheme, customers with a house to sell can reserve a new home and sit back while the housebuilder helps find a buyer for their current property.

George Wimpey is opening show houses on August 16, and is celebrating with a garden party with plenty of games, such as quoits and giant Jenga, and a children's entertainer. Parents will be served a thirst-quenching Pimms, together with cucumber sandwiches and cream cakes.

And anyone reserving on the weekend will receive a free gift, which will be to have their new garden professionally landscaped and planted.

Bramley station, which has a regular service to Basingstoke and Reading, is a short walk from the Bramley Green development.
