The interactive meal planner helps you plan meals that give you your five portions of fruit and veg a day, whether you're cooking for yourself or your family.

The 5 A DAY shopping planner lets you choose your favourite recipes from the selection by dragging and dropping them into your personalised list. It then adds up your portions of fruit and veg as you go and creates a shopping list, working out all the quantities for you.

There are lots of puddings, vegetarian dishes and snacks, and if you have children who are fussy eaters or only eat junk food, the planner can help you get them involved in working out the family’s meals.
