THE club provides a focus for motoring enthusiasts in the area. Throughout the year, it offers a wide range of activities – monthly meetings covering a variety of motoring interests including navigational rallies, classic car tours and visits to interesting car collections etc.
Forthcoming events include the Scalextric Competition on November 25, when members will have the opportunity to compete against each other to become H&B Slot Car Champion. Contact Pam Roper on 0118 978 7684.
The group has already started planning the programme for 2011. The January meeting will be a screening of motor racing films. During the year, they will also be running two classic car tours, two navigational scatter car rallies, an evening of navigational training and other talks and visits on motoring-related topics.
Meetings are usually held on the last Thursday of the month at The Jolly Miller, North Warnborough, starting at 8pm. New or prospective members are always welcome at any of the meetings.
