OWLS by Moonlight: Ellisfield Ladies and their guests travelled to the Hawk Conservancy Trust last Wednesday, to enjoy a spectacular moonlit performance.
I understand everyone had a wonderful time and were quite blown away by the wings of the silently soaring, low-flying owls. Some described it as simply spellbinding.
LIGHT party: Children aged three to 12-ish, with accompanying adults, are invited to dress brightly and join the ‘alternative to Hallowe’en’ fun at Preston Candover Village Hall on October 30, or Cliddesden Millenium Hall on October 31, 5pm to 6.30pm.
