Tesco Appeal: Tesco have decided to appeal against the council’s decision to reject their planning application to build a superstore on the former Smiths Industries site, on the Harrow Way.
Residents who put in their comments directly to the council before will be contacted. However, if you would like to be kept informed about what happens next, and how you can have your say, please contact one of your councillors for information.
COUNCILLOR surgery: This Saturday, from 10am to noon, meeting in the reception area of Brighton Hill Community College.
This month, Sarah Ratcliff, senior community safety patrol officer for the estate, will also be available to listen to your concerns and answer any queries.
HARVEST Festival Service: Advance warning that this will be held at the Church of Christ the King on Sunday, October 14, at 10am, when there will be a non-perishable food collection for the Basingstoke food bank, and a money collection for Tearfund.
