COFFEE success: The Macmillan Coffee Morning, at the community centre, raised £217 last Friday. Congratulations to everyone who helped.
CAR Boot Sale: This Saturday, at the community centre, is an indoor car boot sale from 10am to noon.
FILM Show: “In Love with Ama Cogan” will be shown this Saturday, at the community centre.
Doors open at 6.15pm, and film starts at 7pm.
Adrian Noad, chairman, announced the centre was pleased to have secured the rights from Pier Films, as this is a first for the voluntary run cinema. The film has yet to receive a cinema or DVD release. Tickets costs £4.50 for members and £5.50 for non-members.
BLOOD Donor sessions: Take place at AWE Rec Soc next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Please phone to make an appointment on 0300 123 23 23.
TADLEY and Baughurst Art Club exhibition: Is being held at the Ambrose Allen Centre, in Franklin Avenue, on October 13 and 14. More than 80 paintings and crafts will be on display and on sale.
