HARVEST: Harvest Festival will be celebrated on Sunday, at St James’, Bramley, with a service at 10.30am, which will be followed by Harvest lunch in Cross House, to which all are invited.
BOOK Sale: Is taking place on Saturday, from 10am to 4pm, and Sunday, from 10am to 2pm.
Mortimer and District branch of Lifeboats will hold a book sale at St John’s Hall, Mortimer.
Bramley has always been very supportive in our donations of books for this event for the RNLI and now is the time to go along and shop.
There will be many wonderful books suitable as presents, novels children’s books and CDs. Local contact is 01256 881182.
AUTUMN at The Vyne: The autumn Orchard Festival will be held on October 13, from 11am to 5pm, where there will be many species of apples to taste and buy.
Local crafts will be represented and produce to try and purchase. Morris Dancers will entertain and the hog roast to tempt the taste buds. Contact 01256 883858.
