CALLING all keen photographers: The Chineham Chat, our parish magazine, is always looking for photos for its cover.

ADVANCE notice: The everpopular Neighbourhood Watch Cycle Treasure Hunt is to take place on Sunday, September 16. As usual, it will start at the Scout Hall, in Hanmore Road, but this time it will have a special theme of “The Jubilee and Olympics”.
The route will be around 10-miles, be off-road and almost entirely within Chineham – the team has discovered places they didn’t know existed!
FAMILY Day at Chineham Village Club: On Saturday, there will be fun and games for all the family in the field.
Events include bouncy castle, face painting, games and barbecue. All welcome, not just members.
PLEASE note: Chineham Board Gamers will not be meeting this month. The next gathering is not until September 29.
