GREENING Chineham: Is working with Insulate Hampshire to offer everyone, regardless of age and personal circumstances, free home insulation.
Call Insulate Hampshire on 0800 952 0037 to arrange for a free survey. Or, you can have free rolls of loft insulation for a DIY install. For this, you must be prepared to collect your materials from Four Lanes schools’ car park on Saturday, August 4.
To register and discuss your exact requirement, please ring 354840, or email greeningchineham@hotmail.co.uk . Please have ready an estimate of the current thickness of your loft insulation.
The recommended thickness for loft insulation is 270mm, to qualify for this scheme your current loft insulation needs to be 170mm or less.
WASTE and Recycling Open Day: On Saturday, July 28, at Veolia Environmental Services, Whitmarsh Lane, Chineham (at our incinerator).
