BRAMLEY Show: The organisers have asked that the subjects for the art division be announced. This year they may be in any medium and the same for both adults’ and children’s classes.

They will be My Family Portrait, A Country Lane, A Tree, A Bird. The show is on August 18.

If you are interested in opening your garden on June 3 in support of the show, contact Anne on 881691.

BRAMLEY Badminton Club: Meets in the village hall on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8.15pm to 10pm. Beginners welcome.

The club plays during September to the end of June with holiday breaks. Please ring 881647, Jane will be pleased to give more details.

THE Vyne: Opens on Saturday for a seven-day week for the 2012 programme.

From February 11 to March 2 hours will be 11am to 3pm and thereafter to 5pm.

MOTHERING Sunday: March 18 is the date for Mothering Sunday at St James’, Bramley, at 10.30am.

Holy Communion will be celebrated in Little London that Sunday at 9am.
