HELP the hospice: Do you have any unwanted Christmas presents? If you do, they could help raise funds for St Michael’s Hospice. South Ham and Berg Estate residents can donate their unwanted presents at the St Michael’s Hospice Shop, in Kings Road.
MAKING progress: No doubt, many of you would have noticed the new South Ham Doctor’s Surgery and St Andrew’s Methodist Church, in Western Way, is making good progress. However, as the work is not due to be completed until the summer Methodist Church services (10.30am) will continue to be held on Sundays at Aldworth Science College, also in Western Way.
WESTSIDE Senior Citizens Club (60 plus): Is always looking for new members. The club meets at the Westside Community Centre every Wednesday, between 2pm and 3.45pm, and enjoys such activities as skittles, bingo and quizzes etc. Annual subs are £4.50, and a weekly charge of 50p.
