TABLE Top Sale: Will be held this coming Sunday, between 11am and 1pm at Hill Rise Hall, in Bach Close. This is to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.
There will be cakes and refreshments available. You can also book your own table – £5 per table. Contact Doreen on 01256 462273.
HALL/lounge hire available: The Church of Christ the King hires out its hall, lounge and building at reasonable rates for regular but also one-off bookings. There are currently regular slots available on Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday mornings or afternoons and Friday afternoons. If you are looking for a venue for your group, please contact Suzanne to find out more.
CHILDREN’S toys and clothes: A local charity has contacted me to say that they have some donated second-hand toys and children’s clothes available. If you know of anyone or group who could benefit from this, please contact me on the above number.
