CHINEHAM Conservation Group news: As has happened in previous years, there are still some wood chippings to lay along the pathways in Great Sorrel’s Copse. Consequently, today, at 6pm, a working party will meet for around two hours.
If you can help, please meet in Mulberry Way, by the grassy area.
The group will be visiting the Chineham Arms afterwards.
So, even if you can't manage the earlier activity, feel free to go along to meet the team.
Those who will be joining the work are asked to let Cheryl Thornton know on 07778 392364 or email cherylthornton@hotmail.com.
Under-16s are more than welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please also wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather.
CHINEHAM WI: Will be meeting on Monday, at 7.30pm at Christ Church, when Jan Blight will be visiting to give her talk “Spinning a Yarn”.
BOPPING Babies: The disco fun, dance and play session for 0-5s meets today, at 1.45pm, in Chineham Village Hall. See bopping babies.co.uk for more details.
