SILCHESTER calendar: Will be produced again for 2011. Photos need to be with me by April 23, as we plan to start selling at the fete.
Subject: “Flora , Fauna and Weather in Silchester”.
The cost is £1 per picture entered. Thankyou for those already received – there are some beauties.
PALM Sunday walk: On March 28, starting from the village hall at 9.45am and on to the amphitheatre.
Eucharist Service led by the Archdeacon of Winchester Michael Harley with a group of Roman legionnaires and Sophie the donkey.
LIGHTHOUSE: Hold their AGM at Main Road Methodist Church, Tadley, on March 28, at 3pm.
COMMONS working party: The next one will be on Saturday, March 27, meeting at 9.30am.
WALK the fun run: On Easter Monday, April 5.
Meet at the pub at 10am.
