SHERFIELD Show: This Sunday is the Sherfield Show. Deadline for entries is noon on Saturday. The programme for the day is: from 8am until 10.30am, exhibitors ‘stage’ their items. From 2pm, the show is open to the public with trophies presented, auction and raffle taking place around 3.45pm. Visit sherfieldshow.hampshire.org.uk.
REFURBISHMENT: The village hall has re-opened this week and looks fantastic. The management committee has had the toilets gutted and modernised. The main hall also had a major facelift the electrics have been replaced and decorated completely, the floor has been brought up to its former glory – even the fire place has been given the once over.
The committee would like to thank the user groups for their patients with the temporary move to the Liddell Hall.
