OLD Basing Cricket Club: Have been playing 200 years of competitive cricket in the village, and this year their celebrations culminate on August 28 with a return visit from the legendary Lashings All Stars. Gates at the cricket ground, in The Street, open at noon (with free admission) and the match starts at 3pm.
