NWR: Held their book discussion last Thursday. The book reviewed was Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. Gill says: “Ten members were at the meeting and we were largely in agreement that we enjoyed the book and learned a lot about the life of a geisha and certain aspects of Japanese culture. Our next meeting is a play reading at the beginning of September.”
