OAKLEY Village Show: The biggest thing in the village calendar has to be the village show, which is a brilliant afternoon out for the whole family.
Oakley Village Show is at Oakley Junior School on Saturday, from 2pm. A full schedule of arena events including Knickerbocker Glory Appalachian Dance Team, Basingstoke Male Voice Choir, plus over 50 stalls, lots of food and drink, crafts, games and much more.
It is a traditional show, where in the junior school hall, there will be displays of flowers, fruit, vegetables, baking, jams, jellies, photography and children’s craft competitions. Everyone is welcome to enter, you can pick up a show schedule at One Stop in Oakley or visit ocaoakley.org.uk.
OAKLEY and Deane Neighbourhood Plan: Is now with the borough council for a further round of public consultation and examination.
