LOST cat: A precious pet belonging to a lady called Clare went missing in the central area of Tadley at the beginning of July. It is black and has a white chest, tummy and paws. It has no collar but is microchipped. If you are looking after one that has walked in and made its self at home or know anything, please phone Clare, who is missing it a lot, on 0118 981 1737 – its name is Mischief.
NOW some good news: Thanks to our two local councillors Bound and Tate, they have managed at last to get the park on the Boundary Hall site opened in time for this year’s summer holiday. I went past it last Friday, and see it was already being well used.
DATES for your diary: All taking place at St Mary’s Church, Tadley. On September 5, noon to 4pm, there is a summer fete.
On September 25, from 7.30am to 10am, is the Macmillan Big Coffee Morning.
On Sunday, October 4, at 10am, there is a short service for the Harvest Festival.
