ATTENTION dog lovers! Basingstoke and District Dog Training Club has a Companion Dog Show taking place in the War Memorial Park this coming Sunday, from 11.30am.
The event includes obedience, pedigree and novelty classes, plus a variety of stalls.

COFFEE drop-in: The Brookvale Community Association’s next monthly coffee drop-in takes place this Saturday, from 10.30am at Brookvale Village Hall, in Lower Brook Street.
COMMUNITY day trip: This year’s popular community day trip, again organised by Brookvale Community Association, departs from Brookvale Village Hall at 9am on Sunday, September 27, and goes to Southsea, with a 5pm return.
