AREA N development: The application by Bellway Homes and Grainger for a development of about 90 homes at Area N at Beggarwood opposite the Co-op was approved by the borough’s development control committee last Wednesday. Concerns were raised about parking, school provision, transport, the woodland buffer and the design finish of some of the homes, but the application was passed as recommended by officers.
AGM: The annual general meeting of the community association will be held on Wednesday, June 10, at 7pm.
The meeting will be short, but must be held to elect the committee to run the centre and events for the coming year. If you are a member, please come along to vote for the committee.
