MAY Market: Cat says: “This year’s May Market was again, well attended by villagers and others who came to see the wares of over 40 stallholders in and around the village hall. It was a lovely day for all. Valuable funds were raised for Marie Curie Cancer Care through the tombola, which was generously donated to by many stallholders, villagers and friends.”

QUILTERS Show: Following the Loddon Quilters’ Show on Thursday, Barbara says: “What an amazing day we had. There were so many compliments about the quilts, everyone should be very proud. The icing on the cake is that we made approximately £1,700, which will go to St Michael’s Hospice and Alzheimer’s Society. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.”

FETE: The village fete is on Saturday, June 13, and will include live music, hog roast, lots of stalls, craft tent and dog show. If you can spare some time to help, please let Natalie know on 01256 880075.
