BLOOD donors required: The next blood donor session is at the Elizabeth Hall on bank holiday Monday, from 10am to 2pm.
NIA Technique Classes: A new fitness craze is coming to Hook in June. Class leader Michelle Alesbury describes the Nia Technique as ‘A magical blend of very easy to follow choreography with dance steps, martial arts (Tai Chi, stances and kicks) and the healing arts of relaxation, yoga and breathing – all set to a backdrop of the most amazing music.
Energising to funky to relaxing!’ Weekly classes will be held at Hook Community Centre on a Monday evening and Wednesday morning. For more details, please call Marie on 07766 410317.
TODDLER group: Stay and Play is a long established parent and toddler group, which meets at the Elizabeth Hall every Thursday in term time, from 9.30am to 11.30am. It’s a drop-in session with toys, a craft activity and healthy snack, as well as being a great place for parents and carers to meet and chat. New faces are always welcome.
