KEMPSHOTT Festival: This takes place on Saturday May 23 from noon to 5pm. The event will be opened by the Mayor of Basingstoke and Deane.
Arena events include The Clive Fortune Big Band, B-Funkt and Kempshott Infant School dancing. Lots of craft and charity stalls, bouncy castles, inflatable slide and other attractions. The Inspero community garden will be open and volunteers will be available to show visitors the garden – do come along and find out more. All monies raised from this year’s festival will be equally divided between St Michael’s Hospice, Marwell Wildlife and the Mayor’s Charities.

ADVANCE notification: On Sunday June 7, Kempshott resident Marie Chandler is hosting a tea party at Kempshott Village Hall between 10am and 2pm in aid of St Michael’s Hospice. There will be home-made cakes and refreshments, entertainment and attractions.
