ROMANCE in the air: This Saturday night, at The Falcon, where a special Valentine’s Day menu will be on offer for all young (and young-at-heart) lovers wherever you are!
A gourmet three-course meal for you and your loved one, and as a bonus the same menu will be available on Sunday as well, just in case your Valentine’s Day is booked up with romantic activities.
SILK road to China: What better way to escape the dreary February blues than to follow in the footsteps of our own Peter Hewlett-Smith, as he reminisces about his fascinating and colourful journey along the fabled caravan trail from Moscow to Rawalpindi. He will be sharing his experiences across the Tien Shan Mountains on Friday, February 27, at 7.30pm in Heckfield Memorial Hall.
Tickets are £15, and include a delicious supper (perhaps with exotic spices?).
For further information and to book your place, please call Barbara Platt on 762243 or email her on barbaraplatt2@gmail.com. All proceeds will be going to church funds.
