CHRISTMAS at Christ Church: This Sunday, in addition to the usual morning service, there will be a carol service at 6pm. There will be traditional carols and readings and also a few songs from the “brought together especially for the occasion” choir! Mulled wine and biscuits will be served afterwards.
On Christmas Eve, there will be a crib service at 4.30pm, followed by Midnight Communion service from 11.15pm. Hands Up: Puppets 4 Jesus, the puppet ministry team, will be taking part in the crib service as well as the 10.30am Christmas Day service. Children are invited to bring a small gift that they have been given to show at the latter.
CHRISTMAS at Chineham Library: Christmas Story Time and Crafts will be held tomorrow, from 11am-noon. Christmas Rhyme Time is on Tuesday. A chance to sing some Christmas songs.
Babies at 10.30am and toddlers at 11.15am. The library will close next Wednesday, at 4pm, and will reopen on Saturday, December 27, at 9.30am.
