CHRISTMAS at Immanuel Church: Christmas will be celebrated at Immanuel Church this year with the following services.
This Sunday, at 10am, there will be a nativity service, and children are encouraged to attend dressed as a nativity character.
In the evening, there will be Carols by Candlight at 5pm, followed by mince pies and mulled wine.
On Christmas Eve, there will be a crib sevice at 3pm and Midnight Mass at 11.30pm.
On Christmas Day, there will be a Christmas morning service at 10am. All services are held in the Church Rooms at St Mark's School, Danebury Road.
CAROL Singing: Members of the congregation of Immanuel Church will also be carol singing at Sainsbury’s on the evening of the 23rd from 7pm. They will be raising money for St Michael’s Hospice.
LOCAL Plan: At the inspector’s meeting last week, local people argued that the road system locally needs to be worked on to cope with future development.
