SOUTH Ham evening bus service: Why not leave the car at home over the festive period? Stagecoach is operating the No 3 bus late in the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays.
The No 3 South Ham buses leave the railway station at 10.26pm and 10.56pm respectively. These late-night services are funded by the borough council.
CHRISTMAS Extravaganza: To be held on Sunday, December 14, 2pm- 4.30pm, at Westside Community Centre, in Paddock Road.
The Christmas event will include carols, fancy dress, visit Santa in his grotto, and a pantomime the Wizard of Oz at 3pm. Tickets cost £2, from office, or contact Nicky on 464571.
CHRISTMAS Carol Service: A community carol service will be held at St Peter’s Church, Pinkerton Road, on Thursday, December 11, at 6.30pm. The service will be followed by mince pies in the hall.
QUIT Smoking Clinic: The NHS quit4life stop smoking clinics run at Westside Community Centre on Wednesdays, from 5.30pm until 7.30pm.
