KEMPSHOTT Coffee Club: Would like to thank all those who contributed to and attended the MacMillan Coffee Morning on Friday, September 26.
The event raised £160 for the MacMillan charity. Also, a reminder that a coffee club will take place tomorrow at Kempshott Infant School, where visitors will be served cakes and entertained by the children in Year 2.
THE next community litter-pick: Will be taking place on Sunday, at 10am, meeting in the Down Grange car park (off Pack Lane), weather permitting. Litter-pickers and sacks are provided.
KEMPSHOTT Conservation Group: Will be starting their new working season this coming Sunday. The first session will be working in Down Grange Meadow between 10am and 1pm. Any help would be appreciated. For more information, email kempshott-conserve@tiscali.co.uk.
OLD Down and Beggarwood Wildlife Group: Will be holding their next walk on Saturday, at 2pm in Old Down Park - the theme of which is 'Autumn colour, nuts and barries.
