KANCARE Coffee Club: Today's Kancare Coffee Club will be run as part of the national Macmillan Coffee Morning event, meeting at St Mark’s Church between 10am and 11am. Everybody is welcome to join in for a cup of tea/coffee and cake and some interesting company. Cakes will also be on sale to take home. All proceeds will go to the Macmillan Cancer charity.
CHRISTMAS Market: Plans are well under way for this year’s Kempshott Christmas Market on Saturday, November 29, at Kempshott Village Hall.
Anyone who would like to book a table at the event should email Steve at kempshottfestival@gmail.com – tables are booking fast. This is another charitable event in aid of St Michael’s Hospice, Marwell Wildlife and Kempshott Village Hall.
CONGRATULATIONS: Must go to the Inspero volunteers for winning the Basingstoke in Bloom Community Garden section. Cathy Waters-Clark and her team have worked very hard with the children at their Kempshott garden to achieve this award.
