NATIONAL Women’s Register: The Bramley group will meet on Wednesday, at 7.30pm. The subject for discussion is Nobel Peace Prize.

HARVEST Festival: Harvest at St James’ will be celebrated on September 28. There will be a guest speaker at the 10.30am service, Rosalie Hill, who represents the Tear Fund charity, which provides aid to the hungry and needy people around the world.

After the service, harvest lunch will be in Cross House – you will need to book for this.

MAKING Cooking Fun: Brand new for tots from two to four years. Classes take place three times a week in Cross House.

Classes are for six children who need to be accompanied by an adult. The children get confidence with food and have fun in the kitchen with mum and dad. To find out more, contact 07799 658999.
