THE Old Down and Beggarwood Wildlife group: Will be holding its regular walk this coming Saturday, meeting at 2pm at Old Down Hall. This is a leisurely stroll taking about one-and-a-half hours, focusing on the wild flowers and butterflies in the park. Visit olddownandbeggarwood. org.uk.
PLEASE note: Today's coffee club will be at Kempshott Infant School at 10am, when the staff will be serving tea and coffee and the children will be distributing cakes to the visitors. RECYCLING bins: The recycling bins in Stratton Park have been abused over the past couple of weeks. Please read the signs and only put in the items listed. Coat hangers, polystyrene and plastics (other than plastic drink bottles) cannot be recycled and therefore the contents of the bins have to go to general waste. If not used correctly these bins will be removed.
